StartXtremes (“we”, “us”) operates TidyFlow. We collect the following types of information when you use our service:

• ▸Account Data: Email addresses and names provided during registration.
• ▸Payment Data: Handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
• ▸User Uploads: SEO CSV files, client URLs, and agency logos uploaded to generate PDFs.

We use the collected information strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the TidyFlow service, and to process your transactions and send account-related notifications.

To provide our core functionality, we share necessary data with trusted third parties:

• ▸Lemon Squeezy: For secure payment processing and subscription management.
• ▸Google Gemini (AI): The raw CSV data you upload is sent securely to Google's Gemini AI API for the sole purpose of analyzing the data and generating the text summaries for your PDF.

Uploaded CSV files and generated PDFs are retained on our servers only as long as necessary to provide you with access to your dashboard and document history. You may delete your documents at any time from your account.
