Welcome to TidyFlow, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product owned and operated by Pradeep Muthu, doing business as StartXtremes (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the tidyflows.com website and the TidyFlow application. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TidyFlow is a data visualization tool that converts raw Search Engine Optimization (SEO) CSV data into formatted PDF presentations.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns relating to your payment. By upgrading to a paid tier, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and billing policies.

To use TidyFlow, you will upload raw data files (CSVs). You retain all rights to your data. However, by uploading this data, you grant us the right to process it.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right and necessary consents to upload and process any client data through our systems and third-party sub-processors.

The TidyFlow platform, including its original code, templates, UI/UX design, and brand assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of StartXtremes. Paid users are granted a limited license to use our templates to generate PDFs for their own clients, but may not resell or reverse-engineer the TidyFlow software itself.

TidyFlow is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated analysis will be 100% accurate, and users are responsible for reviewing all PDF outputs before delivering them to clients.

In no event shall StartXtremes or Pradeep Muthu be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising out of the use of this service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in a competent court situated in Karur, Tamil Nadu.
