Refund Policy

1. General Refund Rule

TidyFlow is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool. Because the generation of customized PDFs incurs immediate server costs and third-party Artificial Intelligence (API) processing fees:

We do not offer refunds once a user has successfully generated a Pro-Tier (unwatermarked) PDF report.

2. The 7-Day Technical Exception

We stand by the quality of our product. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method only under the following strict conditions:

  • You request the cancellation and refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription payment.
  • You have experienced a critical, documented technical error that prevents the software from functioning as advertised.
  • You have NOT successfully generated any Pro-Tier (unwatermarked) PDFs using the paid features.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your ongoing monthly or annual subscription at any time through your billing dashboard (managed by Lemon Squeezy). Canceling your subscription prevents future billing, but does not warrant a refund for the current billing cycle.

You will retain access to your Pro features until the end of your paid billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you meet the criteria in Section 2, please email our support team with your account email, receipt, and a description (or screenshot) of the technical issue. All refund requests are reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of StartXtremes management.
